Daily Mile App... Finally!

I use Daily Mile to log my workouts. (Don't look at this weeks though cause there ain't much!)  They just launched an iPhone app!  I am SO excited!  You can check out the app here

I am SO excited about this!!!!  What program do you use to log your workouts?  Do you feel like you work out more because you log what you do?

I've been even more motivated since I started using Daily Mile. And I used to log my workouts in an excel spreadsheet, but something about other people seeing your workouts is more motivating! Kind of like using a food journal...writing things down keeps you in check kind of. Not saying I use a food journal, but I probably should!
